Sharon Tshipa is a Development Practitioner, an award winning Multimedia Journalist, and an award winning Fiction Writer based in Gaborone, Botswana. She is the co-founder and Chairperson of Botswana Society for Human Development (BSHD). An NGO founded with the main objective to come up with and implement creative strategic solutions to challenges that impede human endogenous and socio-economic development. Tshepiso VanZyl Madison holds a Master of Arts Politics and International relations and a Degree in Special Education from the University of Botswana. She has worked for several private schools within Botswana and also as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Botswana. She is passionate about public policy, contemporary issues in politics and International Relations. She is also a strong advocate for social development particularly in the disability area. Her hobbies include travelling, reading and interacting. In the future she plans to pursue a doctorate in either education or public policy and governance (peace and security).

Onkarabile Nato is read and is skilled in Computer Studies, Accounting and Business Studies. She has worked in numerous hotels therefore acquiring knowledge of the tourism and hospitality sector. She is currently employed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Nato has attended a number of workshops in Business Management and Coaching and is a business woman with a registered company doing business in different sectors. Her motto is ‘attempt the impossible in order to improve your work’.

A graduate from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Pearl Mokgatlhane prides herself in being one of the first Limkokwing University Botswana Ambassadors. Raised in both Ramonaka and Molepolole, Mokgatlhane played a role in community projects from a young age. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves travelling but if she really wants to introspect, you will find her with her nose in a book. If she is not reading one, then she is definitely writing poetry. Mother Theresa’s words inspire her: It’s not how much we do, but how much love we put in the doing.

Lesego Ellen Mosetlheng is Development Practitioner currently studying Masters in Development Practice with the University of Botswana. She holds a BA (Hons) Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham. Mosetlheng is passionate about impacting the lives of others by empowering them through entrepreneurship. She is a well cultured, open minded young lady currently working for the Local Enterprise Authority which empowers entrepreneurs to start their own businesses. She has worked for Khwedom Council - a San based organisation from which she has acquired experience in proposal writing and advocacy. Her hobbies include reading, travelling, camping and interacting.

Kethabile Stevenson is passionate about Public Policy,contemporary issues in Politics and International Relations. Stevenson advocates strongly for societal development that encompasses all people across board. A strong believer in an HIV/AIDS free generation, Stevenson hopes to be part of the drive that pushes to achieve these set goals through Public Education. Currently studying BA in International Relations Kethabile wishes to pursue a Masters Degree in Linguistics,Governance or Public Policy in the near future. His hobbies include traveling,reading,cooking and spending time with family.
